Welcome to Blogging While Healing Hurts
Still standing. Still healing.
Unmasking lies, breaking chains, and walking in God’s truth.
The devil tried — but I’m living proof that light wins every time.
A Note for My Readers
Before anything else, I want you to know this: I’m not a doctor, therapist, or professional expert. I’m just a real woman who has lived through things most people are too afraid to even whisper. I’m still healing, still learning, and still walking through the aftermath of what hacking, family betrayal, and targeted harassment can do to a person — and to a family.
What happened to me didn’t stop with me.
It reached into my home, into my marriage, and into my children’s lives. My husband and my kids have lived through their own part of this, right alongside me. And that’s why I speak. That’s why I write. That’s why this website exists.
On my Resources Page, you’ll find ways to reach out if you ever need someone to talk to, or if you’re going through something similar and don’t know where to start. I can’t diagnose, treat, or fix situations — but I can listen, share what I’ve learned, and point you toward real help and trusted resources.
This space is my truth — my real, unfiltered story — told in hopes that it helps someone out there feel less alone, less silenced, less crazy for noticing what others pretend not to see. I’m here to shine light on the things that hide in the dark, the things no one warns you about, the things that nearly broke us.
A place for truth-tellers, light-carriers, and survivors who refuse to stay silent.
There’s a war most people never see — one that doesn’t happen on battlefields, but behind closed doors, inside families, and deep within the soul.
This is where darkness hides, where demons wear familiar faces, and where a child of God learns what it means to fight back.
This blog was born from those battles.
It’s a place for truth-tellers, light-carriers, and survivors who refuse to stay silent.
I write to bring awareness — to show how evil can cloak itself in love, how manipulation moves in shadows, and how healing means standing face-to-face with pain and choosing light anyway.
Here, we rip the masks off lies.
Here, we speak what others fear to say.
Because when you walk with God, you don’t fear the dark — the dark fears you.
So welcome to Blogging While Healing Hurts —
a sacred rebellion against evil,
a testimony of faith,
and a reminder that when the devil’s army comes for one of God’s children...
they’ve already lost.
What I’ll Be Sharing Here
In this space, I’ll be breaking down how emotional and spiritual targeting works—the real psychology behind control, gas-lighting, and reputation attacks.
We’ll look at why people choose to harm or isolate others, how fear and manipulation spread through families, workplaces, and friend circles, and how those patterns leave deep wounds on the one being targeted.
I’ll share research, faith-based insight, and lived experience to help you:
-
Recognize early warning signs of manipulation or abuse
-
Understand the emotional tactics that keep people silent
-
Learn ways to protect your mind, spirit, and peace
-
Rebuild trust, confidence, and purpose through faith and truth
This is about exposing the design of darkness—not with fear, but with knowledge—so that anyone walking through it can understand what’s happening and rise above it.
Because when you see the pattern, you can break it.
And when you stand in God’s light, no plan of evil can hold power over you.
How It Works
Darkness doesn’t always show up wearing horns — sometimes it walks in smiling.
It studies your light, your kindness, your gifts, and then begins to work against them in quiet ways.
It moves through people’s insecurities, jealousy, and fear — until what started as a whisper turns into a full-blown storm.
Here’s how it often works when someone becomes a target:
Isolation Begins- They start by trying to separate you — from your peace, your friends, your support system. Lies, rumors, half-truths — all meant to make others question who you are and make you doubt yourself.
-
The Smear Campaign
Darkness loves confusion.
It plants seeds of doubt in the minds of others so that when you speak truth, no one believes it.
They twist your story until you start to sound like the problem. -
Triangulation
They use others to deliver messages, to stir division, to keep you reacting instead of resting.
Family members, coworkers, even strangers become tools in the hands of manipulation — some willingly, some blindly. -
Control Through Fear
When lies don’t work, fear tactics begin — threats, intimidation, or emotional blackmail.
It’s meant to keep you small, silent, and unsure of your own worth. -
Character Assassination
They target your name, your work, your reputation — anything that holds value.
But they forget one thing: God already knows your heart.
No lie spoken against you can rewrite the truth He wrote about you. -
Spiritual Warfare
Behind it all is a deeper battle — good versus evil.
When you walk with God, you carry light that darkness can’t stand.
That’s why you’re targeted — not because you’re weak, but because you carry power they can’t control.
